At Lofty's Furniture, we take great pride in delivering your furniture safely, professionally, and on time.

Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Delivery Area

We offer our own in-house delivery service exclusively within London, for a flat fee of £49.

If you have specific delivery questions regarding large multi-piece sectional items or access requirements (stairwells, narrow doorways), please feel free to email or call our team directly at 07585 242 860 before checkout.

First Delivery Free — New Customer Promotion

As a welcome gift, new customers who sign up to Lofty's Furniture receive their first London delivery free of charge. Once your order has been placed, the £49 delivery fee will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

To claim your free delivery, simply email your order details to info@loftysfurniture.co.uk within 14 days of placing your order. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that this promotion applies to standard London deliveries only and is available to new customers on their first order. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

For deliveries outside of London, many of our customers use Anyvan or Shiply — reputable, nationwide courier platforms that are fully insured and competitively priced. We recommend arranging your delivery quote before or at the time of purchase so everything is ready when your order is confirmed. Both platforms allow you to get an instant quote directly from their websites. 

The £49 delivery fee at checkout,  will be refunded to your original payment method, within 7 days of your order being collected.

Delivery Process (London Orders)

  • Once your order is placed, our team will contact you within 5 working days to arrange a convenient delivery date.

  • We aim to deliver your items within 10 working days from the date your delivery slot is confirmed.

  • All deliveries are carried out by our own experienced two-person professional delivery team.​

  • Delivery directly into your room of choice, wherever safe access allows.

  • Careful, professional handling to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition.​

Important Delivery Information

Please help us make your delivery as smooth as possible:

  • Ensure clear access on the day — including driveways, entrances, hallways, and any stairs.

  • If your property has restricted access (such as multiple flights of stairs, tight corridors, or limited parking), please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

  • Our delivery team will always do their best to accommodate your needs. Extra time may occasionally be needed in more challenging locations, and we appreciate your patience while they work safely.

  • I​f no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time, a redelivery fee may apply. Please ensure someone is home during the agreed delivery window.

Delivery Confirmation & Changes

You will receive a confirmation once your delivery date has been agreed. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Please note that last-minute changes may incur an additional fee.
